TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking with MOVAC is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and
written confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

2. Pricing
All prices are subject to change until booking confirmation. Prices may vary due to currency
fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or supplier changes.

3. Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, and required travel documents. MOVAC
is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

4. Itinerary Changes
MOVAC may adjust the itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, local regulations, or operational
reasons. Equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible.

5. Responsibility & Liability
MOVAC acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for
delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, or supplier failures beyond our control.

6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. MOVAC is not responsible for personal loss, medical
emergencies, or trip interruptions.

7. Code of Conduct
Travelers must behave respectfully. MOVAC reserves the right to remove any traveler whose
behavior disrupts the trip.

PAYMENT POLICY

1. Booking Advance
A non-refundable advance of 30% is required to confirm your slot.

2. Balance Payment
50% payment due 45 days before departure. Final 20% payment due 15 days before departure.
Last-minute bookings within 30 days require full payment upfront.

3. Payment Methods
We accept Bank Transfer, UPI, and International Transfer (if applicable).

4. Payment Failure
If payments are not completed by the due dates, MOVAC reserves the right to cancel the booking
and apply cancellation charges.

*The initial booking advance is non-refundable in all cases.

Cancellation by MOVAC
In rare situations where MOVAC must cancel a trip, travelers will receive either a full refund of the
amount paid or the option to transfer to a future trip.

MOVAC is not responsible for personal expenses such as visa fees or flight tickets.

No Show / Early Exit
No refund will be provided for no-shows.
No partial refund for unused services or early departure.

FORCE MAJEURE
MOVAC is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control,
including natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, political unrest, pandemics,
or flight cancellations.

In such cases, refunds will depend on recovery from suppliers.
